At just 18 years old, Mónica Mendes left Portugal to follow a dream. Football took her far beyond the place she called home, leading her through different countries, cultures, teams and challenges.
What followed was an international professional football career shaped by courage, discipline, sacrifice and the determination to keep moving forward.
But M.O.N.I. is not simply about football. It is about everything that journey taught her, to believe, to grow, to get back up and to keep going.
