Many of our products are made especially for you after your order is placed. By producing on demand rather than in large quantities, we aim to reduce unnecessary overproduction.
Order Processing
Once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, your order is sent to production.
As many M.O.N.I. products are made on demand, production times may vary depending on the product, production location and current order volume.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Destinations
M.O.N.I. currently serves customers in selected markets, including Switzerland and Portugal.
Available shipping options depend on the delivery destination and the products in your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the products in your order, delivery destination and available shipping method.
The applicable shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Where free shipping is available based on order value or a specific promotion, this will be shown during checkout when the applicable conditions are met.
Delivery Times

- Delivery destination

Any delivery estimates provided during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Please note that delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may contain products produced or fulfilled at different locations.
As a result, products from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive in more than one package.
Where applicable, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.
Tracking
When tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking information by email after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after receiving the shipping confirmation.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

Because many products enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once production or fulfilment has begun.
Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please include your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged or incorrect products, photographs may help us resolve the issue more quickly.
We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
Customs, Duties and Import Charges
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination and applicable regulations.
Where such charges are not collected during checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.
Any mandatory information or charges collected directly through checkout will be shown before the order is completed.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
